SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. You have a full 30 days from the date you purchase Session 1 of the PanicLINK Online Version to test drive it from home. If after trying the Program, you do not feel it is right for you, simply, call 1-800-366-6570 and request a refund.
SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. You have a full 30 days from the date you receive PanicLINK CD/DVD Package to test drive your system in the comfort of your own home. If after trying the Program for 30 days, you do not feel it is right for you, simply, call 1-800-366-6570 for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30 day period and return the product.
The product must be returned in original condition with the original packaging (e.g., binder cover, DVD case). Customer is responsible for return postage. To facilitate your return, please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a RMA#. We cannot be responsible for return packages not received. To prevent lost packages, we recommend that you use a reliable shipping agent, and include insurance and/or tracking and delivery confirmation.
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for you to receive an undamaged product as soon as possible. You will be required to return the damaged merchandise and may be asked to file a claim with the shipping agent.
Florida residents will be charged Florida Sales Tax as required at the time of each credit card transaction. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as OOTB Network.
